Birth Control in the Stimulus Package?

I want to know who was the idiot who put $200 million for contraception in the stimulus package?  Did they not think it would be noticed or did they honestly think it was a good idea?  If the first, they should be thrown out of office.  If the latter, they should be publicly humiliated... and then thrown out of office.

They should have known it wouldn't go over well.  It's like trying to throw the the game (Republican vs. Democrats).

It's typical pork and is the antithesis of what Obama campaigned on.
